We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to process your order and to occasionally inform you of relevant information - nothing else.

We accept payment using all major credit cards and debit cards.
Item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, please fill in the notification form and we will inform you as soon as it is available.
All items in the Early Rider store are priced in US Dollars.
UPS and USPS are our shipping partners. We endeavor to dispatch your order with one working day of payment on orders. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a link to UPS with the tracking number and details of delivery. To make an expeditated shipping request reach out directly to firstname.lastname@example.org for quoting prior to ordering. Please be aware that transit times are guaranteed, and while we are very happy with the reliability of UPS things can get delayed.
We will gladly ship products to the US territories as well as HI and AK. As these require extra cost to transport there will be an ad on shipping charge based on actual location.
Mail Order Returns and Refunds
In the event you would like to return your bike, please contact us first
. If you have changed your mind you can return it to us within 14 days. Goods must be returned in as new, unused condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs and for adequately protecting the bike for transit. However, we are happy to book a return collection with UPS, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering - bikes are expensive things to move around so please be sure before you buy.
We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage), but please contact us first
. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded back to the original payment card.
