Shipping

UPS and USPS are our shipping partners. We endeavor to dispatch your order with one working day of payment on orders. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a link to UPS with the tracking number and details of delivery. To make an expeditated shipping request reach out directly to adam@earlyrider.com for quoting prior to ordering. Please be aware that transit times are guaranteed, and while we are very happy with the reliability of UPS things can get delayed.

We will gladly ship products to the US territories as well as HI and AK. As these require extra cost to transport there will be an ad on shipping charge based on actual location.

Orders placed before 2pm CST are dispatched the same working day; orders placed later are dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. Please note that transit times cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

If you would like to return your bike, please contact us before sending anything back. You now have 30 days to return unused items. Goods must be returned in as-new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Alternatively, we can book a UPS collection for you and deduct the cost from your refund. We will then exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage). Refunds are processed to the original payment card.

Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage), but please contact us first. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded back to the original payment card.

Ordering

When you order from the Early Rider website you agree to the listed terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Security / Privacy

We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to process your order and to occasionally inform you of relevant information - nothing else.

Payment

We accept payment using all major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal and Clearpay.

Item out of stock

If an item is out of stock, please fill in the notification form and we will inform you as soon as it is available.

Pre-Orders

When an item is out of stock but is on its way to us, we will make it available for Pre-Order. This will be clearly marked with an orange button (rather than green) and a text note as to when we expect to receive the stock.
