UPS and USPS are our shipping partners. We endeavor to dispatch your order with one working day of payment on orders. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a link to UPS with the tracking number and details of delivery. To make an expeditated shipping request reach out directly to adam@earlyrider.com for quoting prior to ordering. Please be aware that transit times are guaranteed, and while we are very happy with the reliability of UPS things can get delayed.
We will gladly ship products to the US territories as well as HI and AK. As these require extra cost to transport there will be an ad on shipping charge based on actual location.
Returns
Mail Order Returns and Refunds
In the event you would like to return your bike, please contact us first. If you have changed your mind you can return it to us within 14 days. Goods must be returned in as new, unused condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs and for adequately protecting the bike for transit. However, we are happy to book a return collection with UPS, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering - bikes are expensive things to move around so please be sure before you buy.
